Born and raised in London, UK, I made the move to Leiden, The Netherlands in 2015 to pursue my BSc in Psychology. In 2020, I successfully completed my MSc in Clinical Psychology from Leiden University, with my thesis focused on exploring the relationship between suicide and insomnia in my thesis.

During my time at Leiden University, I had the wonderful opportunity to work closely with expats and international students. This experience has allowed me to connect with people from all walks of life and understand the unique challenges that expats often face, like homesickness, loneliness, and culture shock. Additionally, I've had the privilege of assisting clients dealing with anxiety disorders, panic attacks, burnout, self-esteem struggles, and depression, including post-partum depression.

As someone who has experienced life as an expat and a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community, I genuinely empathize with the issues you might be going through. I'm particularly passionate about supporting expats, the LGBTQ+ community, as well as individuals coping with chronic illnesses and long-term health conditions.

In my approach to therapy, I firmly believe in placing you, the client, at the heart of our work together. Combining this client-centered approach with cognitive behavioral therapy techniques, I aim to provide you with personalized care and support you on your unique journey of self-discovery. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can freely express yourself and find the growth and well-being you deserve.
