As a French-American third culture kid, I've had the experience of growing up in diverse environments, constantly moving every few years. This unique upbringing has made me embrace an international outlook, fostering a deep appreciation for languages, cultures, and the challenges of adapting to new countries.

I completed my Masters in Counselling Psychology at Webster University Leiden in The Netherlands. My master's thesis explored the experiences of third culture kids and their identity and interpersonal relationships, leading me to specialize in areas such as moving and transitions, adjusting to new environments, migratory grief, immigration, and the experiences of third culture kids. I'm genuinely passionate about working with this population and the LGBTQIA+ community, as I hold personal connections to both groups.

In my approach to counseling, I value the humanistic, somatic, and trauma-informed perspectives. Together, we'll collaboratively create an open and curious space for self-reflection, allowing you to discover the tools that work best for you. It's important to me that we nurture the unfolding of your inner wisdom, developing a personalized treatment plan aligned with your unique goals. I draw upon cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-focused, and compassion-focused techniques to empower your growth.

I firmly believe in the powerful connection between the body and mind, leveraging body-focused approaches to healing. Throughout my training, I've been guided in using schema therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and CBT techniques, working successfully with international clients addressing social anxiety, anger management, emotional regulation, self-compassion building, assertiveness, interpersonal communications, depression, anxiety disorders, as well as issues related to gender identity and sexuality. My experience has also equipped me to work with trauma, suicidal ideation, self-harm, and abusive relationships.

I'm excited to offer my services in English, French, and some Spanish, creating a comfortable and accessible space for individuals from various linguistic backgrounds.

Let's work collaboratively towards a happier and healthier you.
